    Home base is the big bell next to the chapel of the Good Shepherd.

    The Roosevelt Island Plogging Club meets weekly to walk the island and help collect any litter found. One group stays at the base near the three bins and helps sort the collected litter into the three bins while the other group goes and jogs around the island, picking up the litter.
