You can call PSD at 212-832-4545 for the available island cooling center locations and you can also check with Notify NYC for other locations across the NYC area.  

2. What should I do in case of a snow emergency or black out?

Have enough supplies that will last you for a few days, stay informed of updates on when the condition will be corrected.

3. What if Roosevelt Island is told to evacuate due to an emergency or disaster?

Roosevelt Island residents will be instructed to follow the NYC Office of Emergency Management evacuation protocol.

4. Where can I park my car during a snow emergency?
