Constituent Services

The Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation has developed a new Constituent Services Department within RIOC that will meet directly with community members and handle constituent concerns as they arise. The department is aimed at tackling island issues directly and foster greater one-on-one engagement between the corporation and the Roosevelt Island community. 

Constituent Service meetings are currently by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10AM to 4PM. To schedule your appointment online, please visit https://calendly.com/constituentservices. 

Drop-in hours are available on Fridays at the Roosevelt Island Older Adult Center (Senior Center) from 11AM to 2PM.
