Attention Roosevelt Island Permit Holders: Effective immediately, the online reservation system payment option for permits will temporarily no longer accept credit card payments until further notice. Those looking to file a permit are asked to do so by submitting an online permit request and issuing payment via check or money order.
Checks can be delivered to the Permits Department at 550 Main Street or mailed to 524 Main Street, NY, NY 10044.
