Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our annual Roosevelt Island Halloween Parade and Extravaganza has been cancelled. However, the Communications and Community Affairs department is offering a spooky alternative to our in-person festivities and invites you all to follow our social media platforms for some ghoulish fun!

We will be posting a different theme for each day of the week and encourage everyone to share pictures of yourself, friends, family, and pets costumed in the theme of the day, tagging RIOC and using the hashtag #RIHalloween2020. You can follow RIOC at Instagram @Rooseveltislandrioc, Twitter @Riocny and Facebook @Riocny.
