To All RIOC Employees:
Staff Changes
Please be advised that, effective immediately the IT Department now reports to Altheria Jackson, Assistant Vice President of Programs & Operations. In addition, Warehouse Operations are now being supervised by Cyril Opperman, Director of Transportation.
Returning to the Office
RIOC will move into the next phase of our re-opening on Monday, July 13th, with additional non-essential employees returning to our offices. If you are unsure about when you are scheduled to be in the office, please contact your manager as we must limit the number of people in our facilities at a given time.
Screening Protocols
Please remember that all employees must be screened within one (1) hour of arrival at work. Below you will find the NY Forward screening protocols checklist, the list of RIOC’s NY Forward Screeners (per location) and the Screening Template. COVID-19 Testing
New York State continues to increase testing capacity for COVID-19 on a daily basis. Individuals who have questions regarding eligibility or access for testing should call the New York State COVID-19 Hotline at 1-888-364-3065 or visit coronavirus.health.ny.gov/find-test-site-near-you
EAP Assistance
A reminder that the New York State Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a worksite-based program designed to help state employees deal with the everyday issues involved in balancing work and life, as well as more serious problems that may impact work performance.
