RIOC’s Procurement, or Purchasing, Department is responsible for overseeing the process of acquiring the goods and services needed by other departments and operations. It is organized as a division within the Legal and Finance Departments of RIOC. Purchasing serves as a centralized resource for the organization and its departments in all procurement processes.
