Fierce Fitness!

Come to Fierce! An hour packed adventure filled with full body interval sessions that combines strength training with bursts of cardio, utilizing bars, body weights, and dumbbells. Join us and learn how to challenge your body and feel fierce!

  • Class Times: Sundays from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
  • Fees: $5 per class

Ping Pong 

Sportspark features four Ping Pong (or Table Tennis) tables, where two to four players can play at a time. Get competitive and keep score or just have a good time!

  • Open Court Times: Fridays from 5 PM - 9 PM
  • Fees: $5 per session

Yoga 

Do you need to relax after a long day or are you just in the mood for some great stretching, toning, and breathing to give you a positive mindset? Then look no further!!! Sportspark has a great low-impact workout to help you stay both physically and mentally strong. Our instructor will walk you through different poses to open body, mind, and soul. We do provide mats and blocks at the facility but you are welcome to bring your own.

  • Class Times: Tuesday from 6 PM - 8 PM (1 hour classes)  located at the Cultural Center  548 Main Street , Thursdays from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (1 hour classes)  located also at the Cultural Center  548 Main Street , and Saturdays from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM located at 250 Main Street
  • Fees: $5 per class

Zumba 

Come and join our energetic instructor as she takes you through a whole-body exercise! Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba can improve your flexibility and help to strengthen your core. Zumba can burn 300+ calories in one class, making it an ideal way of aiding in weight loss or maintenance.

  • Class Times: Mondays from 6 PM - 8:00 PM (1 hour classes), Thursdays from 6 PM - 8 PM (1 hour classes), and Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Fees: $5 per class
